Pick up & Return Locations of vehicles

We deliver/collect vehicles in every part of Crete Island, including airports, ports and selected hotels.


Unlimited mileage is provided in every rental.


V.A.T (Value Added Tax) 24% is included in our rates.

Additional Drivers

The additional drivers can be registered without any additional charge. The maximum number of drivers allowed in the rental are three (3) including the main driver.

Roadside Service Assistance

In case of the unfortunate event of an accident which has unintentionally occurred without violating the Greek Traffic Laws, your car will be replaced with another one, same or bigger size within 24 hours.

After-hour Deliveries

After office hours (22h00-07h00), there is a late night delivery charge of 20€.

Car Replacement in case of a breakdown/accident

In case of an unfortunate event of a breakdown, your car will be repaired or replaced with another same or bigger size.

No additional charges on flight delays

Our staff will always ask you for your flight details in order to be always informed about your arrival status, as well as last minute flight schedule changes that might occur. They will wait for your arrival flight, in order to deliver to you the booked vehicle.

Road Map, GPS Tom-Tom

Upon delivery, you will get a recent map of Crete island free of charge. We can offer you a GPS navigation device with the most recent maps of Greece. The cost is 5€ per day and advanced booking is required.

Fuel Policy

1st Option : Return as Collected. The vehicle must be returned at the same fuel level as delivered, otherwise the renter will be charged for the excess fuel consumed.

2nd Option: Easy Fuel Service – Collect Full & Return Empty. Clients can collect the car full and prepay the cost of the full tank at the average price on the local market and return it empty.

In case the car returns without an empty tank, there will be no refund for unconsumed fuel.

Reservation Procedure

After the availability confirmation the client is obliged to make a deposit of 20% of the agreed price in advance. All car delivery information (i.e. Flight details or Hotel name) has to be provided to our reservation department as soon as they are made available to you.

Booking Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 7 days before your pick-up date. Afterhours deliveries (22:00 – 07:00) are subject to a ?20 charge payable on arrival. Returning the vehicle afterhours is free of charge.
